Jami was born and raised in a small town in Louisiana before relocating to central Texas. Sports influenced much of her life before finding her path through anatomy and science in which she majored her studies at Texas State University. Jami was an athlete growing up, and it was of no surprise that her passion in health and wellness, would lead her to starting her first business as a gym owner. While owning a gym was a major milestone, Jami continued to navigate other passions within tattooing and the art of permanent makeup. Paramedical Tattooing and Scar Camouflage found her while on her journey to becoming a PMU artist, she experienced her first areola restoration procedure (for a breast cancer survivor) and fell in love for this side of the pmu practice. Taking her passions for health, wellness, and the anatomical/medical world,.. she followed a “feeling” of needing to take a turn outside of fitness. Jami decided to retire from gym ownership, sold her business, and pursued this chapter in full force. Fast forward to the present, she has become certified as a Master of Medical Tattooing. Her greatest gift in this industry is to hear the stories, connect, and continue to seek positive transformations within everyone she meets.
